Whether or not you keep a to do list here's a few that you could do if you wanted to.

1. Email John Roberts and ask him to release key documents from 16 court cases to the Senate Judiciary Committee. They were requested 6 weeks ago by the Judiciary Senate Democrats, jeez!

2. Vote for your favorite bands for the SF Weekly Music Awards (hint: my pals are David Dondero, Bat Makumba, Parchman Farm, and Kelley Stoltz!)

3. Call governor Ahh-nold's voicemail to say yes to gay marriage. Dial 916-445-2841 and press "2" then "1" then "1" again to support "AB 849 the gender-neutral bill, which will allow same sex couples to marry." *thanks Jenn for sending!

4. Tell someone that you love them, take a walk, smell some flowers.
