Scientists and Mystics, that is. They're the stars of the documentary about Quantum physics called What the #$*! Do We Know?
What I know is, putting profanity in the title is a brilliant way to draw the filmgoing masses to subject matter that could potentially be as fun as reading stereo instructions. What they did is make a fascinating little film that makes you think.
Did you know that simply thinking something at a bottle of water, and labeling the bottles with words like, “you make me sick” or the “chi of love” can literally make the water photograph differently?
And back in 1993, collective thought alone reduced the murder rate by 25% in Washington DC. This wasn't even a surprise! Scientists knew it would happen because the results from the 48 previous studies proved it. Even the DC police force co-authored the study. Think about that.
