The arrest of a Pakistani computer expert led to the discovery of ample evidence on a computer detailing potential attacks on buildings in New York, New Jersey and Washington.
My sister Nancy lives a couple of blocks away from Wall Street and said that "It looks like it did after September 11th. There are armed guards from Canal Street all the way down." Buildings near her home and workplace are apparent targets.
